1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using HadirquGO ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Alphabet Incubator ("we", "us", "our"), the developer and operator of HadirquGO.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Your continued use of HadirquGO after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2 Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- Platform — refers to the HadirquGO web application, including all features, services, and content
- User — any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, including Students, Lecturers, and Owners
- Student — a user who scans QR codes to record attendance and participates in the gamification system
- Lecturer — an administrator who manages attendance sessions, generates QR codes, and oversees student activity
- Owner — a business or organizational administrator with full management capabilities
- Team — an organizational group within the Platform consisting of members with assigned roles
- QR Code — a dynamic, time-sensitive code generated by the Platform for attendance verification
3 Account Registration & Security
To use HadirquGO, you must create an account through Google OAuth authentication. By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during the registration process
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to or use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
4 Acceptable Use Policy
When using HadirquGO, you agree not to:
- Use another person's account or allow others to use your account for attendance scanning
- Attempt to manipulate, forge, or tamper with QR codes or attendance tokens
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Platform
- Engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform's functionality
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users through the Platform
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, at our sole discretion.
5 Attendance & QR Code Rules
The core function of HadirquGO is digital attendance tracking through dynamic QR codes. The following rules apply:
5.1 QR Code Scanning
- Each user must personally scan the QR code using their own authenticated device
- QR codes are time-sensitive and expire after a set duration determined by the administrator
- Scanning a QR code on behalf of another person ("buddy punching") is strictly prohibited
5.2 Attendance Verification
- Attendance records are generated automatically upon successful QR code validation
- Administrators may require additional verification methods (e.g., location-based validation)
- Disputed attendance records should be reported to the relevant administrator within 48 hours
5.3 Data Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, technical issues may occasionally affect attendance recording. Users are encouraged to verify their attendance history regularly and report any discrepancies promptly.
6 Gamification & Rewards
HadirquGO includes a gamification system designed to encourage consistent attendance. The following terms apply:
- Points are awarded for genuine, verified attendance only
- Levels, badges, and leaderboard rankings are calculated based on accumulated points and activity
- Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, manipulate point calculations, or gain unfair advantages will result in a complete reset of the user's gamification progress
- Rewards and challenges are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time
- Points and rewards have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
- We reserve the right to adjust point values, level thresholds, and reward criteria without prior notice
7 Administrative Rights
Administrators (Lecturers and Owners) have elevated privileges within the Platform, including:
- Creating and managing attendance sessions and QR codes
- Viewing, verifying, and exporting attendance reports for their teams
- Editing or invalidating attendance records when evidence of non-compliance is found
- Managing team membership, roles, and permissions
- Setting attendance rules, schedules, and location requirements
Administrators are expected to exercise their privileges responsibly and in accordance with their organization's policies. Misuse of administrative rights may result in role revocation.
8 Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of HadirquGO — including but not limited to the design, code, graphics, logos, icons, and text — are the exclusive property of Alphabet Incubator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform without our prior written consent
- The HadirquGO name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Alphabet Incubator
- User-generated content (e.g., profile information) remains the property of the respective user
9 Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Platform. However, HadirquGO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform at all times
- That the Platform will be free from bugs, viruses, or other harmful components
- That the Platform will meet all of your specific requirements
We may temporarily suspend access to the Platform for maintenance, updates, or security patches. Where possible, we will provide advance notice of planned downtime.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Alphabet Incubator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform
- We are not responsible for any loss of data, attendance records, or gamification progress due to technical failures beyond our reasonable control
- Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim
This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, including negligence, breach of contract, or strict liability.
11 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
- You violate any provision of these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior on the Platform
- Your account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more)
- We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority
You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked, and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes:
- We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
- We will notify active users via email or in-app notification for significant changes
- Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about your rights and obligations.
13 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indonesia, specifically under the jurisdiction where Alphabet Incubator operates.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
